War for the Overworld
War for the Overworld is a 100% clone of a very popular game called Dungeon Keeper, released in 1997. Developers-enthusiasts from the Subterranean Games studio decided to revive the former glory of the strategy, where the main role is played by the anti-hero – in our case it is the Lord of the Undergrounds.
Being in the role of the Dark Lord, the player has at his disposal underground possession. There he will dig for gold, make new corridors and think over the spaces for rooms. In the latter, sleeping places will be placed for wards, charts, pigsty and training rooms. Depending on the availability of certain rooms, various creatures of darkness will come to your dungeon. For example, goblins, cultists, workers and others.
Each monster, except for the needs in the workplace, must also rest somewhere, that is, have a sleeping place. In addition, creatures need to be fed and from time to time to raise salaries. Each goblin ward has an indicator of happiness, depending on the timely feeding and payment of gold coins. If an allied unit is dissatisfied with something and this is not corrected in the shortest time possible, then soon his dissatisfaction will grow into anger, therefore, he can attack his comrade or even covet the sacred – the Master’s life. The people in this game are interventionists, eager to eradicate all offspring of darkness. That is why the player has to confront the heroes who seek fame and exploits.
