Dark Souls 3

The third, final part of the most hardcore game series, Dark Souls 3 takes place independently of the prequels. This is an original adventure in different scenery and conditions – even the Hollow ones do not have such a meaning. On the main character lies a completely different curse, also forcing him to die and be reborn. Nevertheless, the sequel contains a lot of clues and scenes that reveal the general lore and the plot of the franchise. An attentive gamer will be generously rewarded with additional information about the universe, but finding it will not be easy. The total travel time can range from 15 to 60 hours.

The continuation introduces several classes: for example, the Herald is able not only to fight, but also to heal his wounds, and the Assassin has the same degree of light weaponry and combat magic. The fighter stepped closer to the first episode, largely due to the return of concentration. She slyly balances spells in such a way that their excessive use is not possible. Also, the indicator is important for the Warriors – the use of each weapon also provides for a rack change, which opens access to destructive strikes that consume mana.

Enemies have become more insidious, and prefer to attack in groups. Each battle requires an ideal response, knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of their own and enemy, the correct combination of the block, rolls and counterattacks. Bosses also learned how to unpredictably change the style and set of attacks right in the middle of a duel – in fact, you have to fight with several opponents in one person.

But not only the story attracts gamers – the multiplayer component provides an opportunity to invade the world of another user, and finish it at a crucial moment. Trikvel also introduces new Covenants – analogues of the guild. “Warriors of the Sun” specialize in mutual aid, and “Fingers of the Rosary” hunt single travelers. Dark Souls 3 has absorbed all the best of the series, retaining an incredible complexity and originality.
